Loved the whole pool experience…very relaxing and a great vibe! Just the right amount of music, good food and adult beverages with excellent service. Enjoyed Texas T for breakfast pickup. Walkable everywhere we wanted to go including Daikin Stadium twice.

DO NOT BOOK!!! I prepaid for a room but unfortunately had a family emergency (my dad was diagnosed with cancer and hospitalized) so was not able to go on this trip. I spent $1000 for 2 nights and they would not refund or credit me. I could only reschedule to stay at this exact hotel (with my situation was not sure when I would travel). Super rude and not helpful at all. Zero compassion. I travel a lot and with my job come into contact with lots of people. I will never stay at a Marriott again. And I will make sure to inform everyone to avoid this brand.

Convenient location with updated, clean rooms. Loved the Texas shaped lazy river even though I didn’t get to use it during my work event. Made me happy seeing all the happy vacationers! Love the bridge to the convention center and easy access to so many great restaurants! Only thing is that the elevators and lobby got extremely crowded at times and could have used to tidying up.

This is a beautiful facility with a nice view of Downtown Houston. There are many attractions close by and good restaurants to eat at. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Delsa in housekeeping was so kind and attentive to all of our needs. The rooms are very clean and modern. The lazy river on the roof is a nice attraction.

Excellent property and staff. Delsa from the engineering department did a great job taking care of our room. Restaurants were excellent. Our only complaint was the Houston car culture that hung out in the adjacent parking lot on Friday and Saturday nights until 2am. Trucks and tuner cars making a lot of non-stop noise, which kept us awake even though we were on the 21st floor. Not a hotel problem but the manager should be aware and ask the local PD to break it up by 11pm.

The hotel is very nice, very clean updated room. I wish I knew to request a room facing away from the freeway. The noise was horrible and made it impossible to sleep. I feel people we’re street racing either on the freeway or the street next to the hotel. I was also near the elevator which had a lot of noise associated with it.

This is one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at and will definitely stay again when I’m Houston. The rooftop pool with Texas lazy river is definitely an experience. Day passes to the pool itself are typically $70 so when you factor that in, booking the room for a night or two is a great deal. The rooms were definitely luxury, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. This is a must if in Houston.
